DESCRIPTION:
The "Cool point CWPT" models are a single package unit designed for use with duct-work for efficient air distribution. This unit is completely wired, piped, charged and run tested in the factory before shipment to minimize installation time. Special features are incorporated to protect the unit from potential damage due to power supply fluctuations. Its super quiet compressor operation makes the unit suitable for almost any outdoor location, rooftop or ground level. Unit is designed to cool practically any residential, commercial or industrial buildings.

  
FEATURES:
Cabinet -The fabricated sheet metal components are constructed of galvanized steel. After fabrication, each part is bonderized to remove any grease or dirt from its surfaces. The external parts are then coated with zinc phosphate and finished with a high quality baked enamel to make them resistant to weathering and corrosion.
 
   
Base Rails - provide a solid foundation for the entire unit. The rails have forklift access and rigging holes to acilitate handling and to simplify installation.
  
       
   
Highly Efficient Unit - low power input is achieved by specially developed Coils and carefully selected compressors and motors.
  
   
 
   
Highly Efficient Coils -combination of finned tube and have been used on both evaporator and condenser coils.
  
       
   
Dual Refrigeration System - provides exceptional part load performance. Completely independent refrigeration system and electrical circuits provide continuous operation should one circuit fail (on multiple compressor).
  
       
   
Quiet Operation - with the adoption of new hermetic compressor, the noise and vibration have been effectively reduced. Also, larger and softer mounting ISO later has been used to absorb the energy being transmitted in the form of vibration.
  
       
   
Compressor Crankcase Heater - each compressor is equipped with a crankcase heater to prevent refrigerant from mixing with crankcase oil during the "off" cycle.
  
       
   
Time -delay Circuit - positively prevents short cycling of compressor by delaying re-start after a power failure or control circuit interruption.
  
       
   
High Pressure Control - automatically stops the unit if unusual operating conditions cause the discharge pressure rise above the setting. It protects the compressor from excessive condensing pressures.
  
       
   
Low Pressure Control - automatically shuts off the unit if suction pressure falls below setting. it provides loss of charge and freeze-up protection.
  
       
   
Compressor Built-in Overload Protector - gives fast responsive protection against both abnormal temperature and excessive current thereby assuring years of dependable operation.
  
       
   
Extra Efficient Fan Blade - propeller fans are precisely matched with the extra strong fan motors to ensure efficient hot air dissipation.
  
       
    Built-in Air Filter - units has built-in cleanable. air-filters.
