QUALITY GUARANTEED Universal fan-coil units are guaranteed against any mechanical failure resulted from defective materials, parts or faulty workman ship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment from Factory. The Universal fan-coil units are designed for a minimum 10-year lifetime under normal running condition. However, many actual installations show that all the well maintained or serviced units have been in trouble-free operation beyond this designed life.

MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

		Basic Unit Cool point units consist of a 1.00mm thick galvanized steel panels, copper/aluminum finned coil fan board assembly with motor(s) and direct mounted forward curved fan(s), condensate drain pan, air filter and accessory support legs.

		Cabinet Metal panels manufactured in 1.00mm thick galvanized steel, painted internally and externally with powder process.

		Coils 9.5mm copper tubes mechanically coil tubes are in staggered pitch arrangement with tube centers of 25.4mm. Supply and return water connections are 1.2" female. Manual air vents and drains are standard. Coils are factory leak tested at 32 Bars and are recommended for operation up to 18 Bars working pressure with water temperature up to 105°C. Available coils are 3 rows (standard), 3 row.

		Motors Continuously rated permanent split capacitor motors with an internal thermal protector. Permanent lubricated motor bearings and resilient mountings to ensure vibration free operating to ensure vibration free operation.

		Fans Aluminum forward curved fan wheels mounted directly on the motor extension shaft fan and motor assemblies are dynamically balanced to ensure quiet, vibration free operation.

		Filters Permanent synthetic, cleanable filters, 6mm polyester media.

		Drain Pan Manufactured with 1.00mm galvanized steel externally lined with a 5mm thick closed cell insulation.
