Digital variable-capacity DX AHU features powerful output management and excellent cooling under low temperature, and is widely applied in multiple industries. With a maximum cooling capacity of 282kW, it is applicable to scenarios related to operating rooms, quarantine centers, medical laboratories, precision instrument manufacturing, biosafety laboratories, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and lithium batteries. For places with high power consumption, such as pharmaceutical factories, the digital condensation heat recovery feature can be used to optimize the air-side system for energy efficient operation.

The compressor controls the movement of its scroll within a very narrow range via control of the action and time PWM valve, and changes the rise and engagement of the fixed scroll to regulate the cycle time of “load” and “unload” and therefore to implement varying capacity and control of the capacity output (continuously adjustable in the range of 10-100%).
